In the late 1990s, we began working with national partner XETA Technologies to deliver our expertise to many hotel brands in the Central, Midwest, and Eastern states. In the beginning, we focused on installing digital phone systems and getting Internet access to guest rooms—cutting-edge services at the time. As wireless technology systems became more affordable, we began cabling hotels for WiFi access in both new construction and renovations.
