For example, sometimes when Zoom or Teams updates, it defaults to a different speaker or microphone. You can verify in audio settings that the correct equipment is still selected.

For example, if you have a conference room that hosts board meetings quarterly, it would be a good idea to have the technology tested quarterly before those meetings.
