Meet Client Relationship Manager Brianna Burton

Artist, organizer, cheerleader. Meet Bri Burton!

Say hello to Brianna (Bri) Burton, our Client Relationship Manager here at Integrated Building Systems. Her role involves her getting to know our clients and their technology needs. At the end of a project, she follows up to make sure everything is working well, answers questions, and facilitates any ongoing service.

“I’m here to help! My goal is to get our clients exactly what they need so their team is equipped to do their best work, and to have fun doing it,” Bri explained. “I want to make sure our customers are thrilled with their experience with Integrated Building Systems.”

Why Integrated Building Systems?

Bri joined the team in July of 2023, after finishing her degree in marketing from the University of Cincinnati in 2022. Though she initially thought she would go into a marketing role, the Client Relationship Manager role caught her eye – and so did the culture at Integrated Building Systems.

“I loved that this role gave me the chance to help people and wear different hats. I was drawn to the cross-functional team and that I could be a bridge between sales, marketing, operations, and our clients,” Bri said. “And I felt from day one that my skills were valued here.”

“I also think that a big draw of Integrated Building Systems is that you can trust the leadership,” Bri asserted. When asked to pick three words to describe the company, she used, “family, trust, driven.”

The company’s operating system, EOS, plays a part in this trustworthiness. “With EOS, there’s an even playing field. We’re on the same page, and there’s never a hesitancy to ask questions if something is unclear,” Bri said.

Raised by the arts

Art is an important part of Bri’s life. In her free time, she enjoys painting and dancing.

“My mom is an artist, so I was raised with a paintbrush in my hand,” Bri laughed. Her style of painting has changed over the years, but her medium is acrylic paint. Today, you’ll find her creating kitschy, surreal art, with an emphasis on landscapes and portraits.

Bri is also a dancer. In high school, she was the dance captain for winter guard. This started her on a journey that continued with ballet throughout college, and now to more dance classes like hip hop.

Clear desk, clear mind

“I’ve practiced minimalism for something like eight years,” Bri explained. This mentality is reflected in her desk, which is meticulously organized.

“I believe that keeping things free of clutter externally reflects in the clarity of your mind and thoughts,” Bri continued. She is often recruited by friends and family to help keep their spaces as clean as hers.
